Admissions Timeline
Applications for the 2026-2027 school year are encouraged by February 2, 2026. Applications received by this date will be given priority consideration. Families will be notified of enrollment decisions on March 19, 2026.

Applying to The Presentation School
Step 1 - The Campus Tour

Step 2 - The Application

Applications include: Student application, transcript release form, and student evaluation form for pre-k &k or 1st-8th.
Step 3 - The Shadow Day
A student shadow offers prospective students the opportunity to experience the Presentation community firsthand. Shadow days are an optional- but encouraged- part of the application process. Students will visit with their current grade level to get a feel for the class cohort and the overall rhythm of a "day in the life" at TPS.
Students in grades K-4 will be offered a half- day shadow from 8:15-11:45am, while students in grades 5-8 will participate in a full day visit, ending at 3:15pm Shadow visit scheduling will be offered to prospective students who have completed an application for enrollment.
Step 4 - The Assessment Visit
All applicants for the 2026-2027 academic year will be invited to join our Assessment Morning on Saturday, March 7th, 2026. While students engage in age-appropriate activities with out faculty and staff to help us understand each applicant's academic range, parents and caregivers will have the opportunity to connect with our Head of School and leadership team. Invitations to the March 7th visit will be sent following the application deadline in February.
